Medication Management Follow-Up

Follow-up appointments focus on medication management, monitoring progress, and ongoing treatment planning.

Self-Pay : $155 · 20–30 minutes

Solace Mind and Wellness participates with select insurance plans.

If your insurance is not currently accepted, you are welcome to receive care on a self-pay basis.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service and is securely processed through the patient portal.

For self-pay patients, a superbill can be provided upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Because insurance benefits vary by plan, reimbursement cannot be guaranteed.
